Our organic garden supplies fresh, seasonal produce to our restaurant, promoting a farm-to-table approach that supports local agriculture and minimizes our carbon footprint. Guests can enjoy delicious Filipino, Asian, and Indian dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian options, all crafted with care to promote health and wellness.

Sustainable Energy at Ocean Green Ecolodge
100% Solar Powered
At Ocean Green Ecolodge, we are proud to be 100% powered by solar energy, a clean and renewable resource that significantly reduces our environmental impact. In Palawan, electricity is primarily generated by diesel-powered generators, one of the most polluting sources of energy. By relying on solar energy, we minimize our carbon footprint and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
Our solar system has a generation capacity of 12kW, providing sufficient power for all our energy needs. To ensure continuous energy availability, we have approximately 40kWh of battery storage. This system is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, as it is a DIY project using second-hand lithium batteries sourced from city buses. This not only reduces electronic waste but also ensures that we maximize the use of available resources in an eco-friendly manner.
